September is already here, can you believe?! There’s something about this time of year that sparks a refresh of our beauty routines so we’re giving you a supersized version of our monthly must-haves. For this edition, we’re highlighting a liquid bronzer that let’s you extend the summer season, a peptide serum that rivals a trip to a derm (💉) and two innovative, glow-getting sunscreens because we all know that SPF is not a one (season) and done skincare step.

Packed with 4 weights of hyaluronic acid,

peptides and ceramides, this rich (but not heavy) cream has been the perfect prescription for cooler fall temps. It’s hydrating without feeling sticky and leaves my skin plump and considerably less red.

For a subtle snatch,

that enhances my cheekbones, I’ve been reaching for this liquid shaper for every outing lately. As a bronzer novice, the sheerness of the tint and effortless blendability make it very user-friendly. It imparts a gentle warmth that I can’t screw up.

Are you sensing a theme?

(Hint, hint: it’s blurring.) This pressed powder does a miraculous job of camouflaging my large pores, and has become my go-to for on-the-go touch-ups. It also doesn’t accentuate any dryness on the skin—a true powder rarity.

A few swipes of this blue mascara

instantly remind me that joy and empowerment can be found in the smallest of acts of self-expression. On its own it has total main character energy, but I often use a thin trace of matching eye liner to play a supporting role, too.

This serum is buzzing with hype,

and I can confidently confirm it’s every bit as good as people say it is. Not only does it help to soften fine lines and wrinkles, I immediately noticed just how smooth and glowy my complexion looked. I’ve only been using it for two weeks, I can’t wait to see the results after 12.

Waking up to brighter, smoother skin

with fewer blemishes is always the goal. Made to multi-task while I snooze, this potent blend of AHA, salicylic and phytic acids, alpha-artbutin and niacinamide helps to control oil, clear pores, nudge cell turnover, and reinforce skin’s barrier function.

I often avoid using styling products

as I’m hyper particular about how they make my hair ‘feel’. This dynamic duo works to gently hold a hairstyle but without leaving strands feeling heavy or crunchy. In place of stickiness is softness and minimized frizz and a desire to actually style my mane once and a while.

A master

c

lass in modern sun protec
tion,

this lightweight gel disappears into my skin without a trace while delivering a hefty SPF50. Plus, it’s packed with notable skincare ingredients (hello, hyaluronic acid, kakadu plum and vitamin E) that go a step above with hydration, brightening and antioxidant benefits.

The glow this SPF leaves behind

has to be seen to be believed. The formula not only contains gentle sun filters that won’t leave eyes a stingy, watery mess, but also antioxidants like vitamin C and pink algae extract. It helps to create a hydrated, glassy complexion that’s perfectly prepped for makeup.

A shortcut to achieving a dramatic arch moment

the tubing formula here is more intensely pigmented than your average brow gel in the best way. The smudge-proof result is akin to a proper brow tint treatment …but washes away at the end of the day/nite.
